2. REMAINING UNINSPECTED SCHOOL FURNITURE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INSPECTION IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2011.

3. 2011 BEFF SCHOOL BUILDING PROGRAM For DepEd Implementation (Red and Black) 100% of the total number of school divisions finished the bidding process. Majority of the Divisions issued Notice To Proceed (NTP). Implementation/Construction started in the month of July 2011. To be finished by EO December 2011. For DPWH Implementation (RSBP), DPWH is finalizing the consolidation of recipient schools.

4. Updates on Other Programs/Projects Inventory and Valuing of the Applied Nutrition Center (ANC) Physical Properties Finished conducting the actual inventory of Physical Properties/Buildings, costing of which shall be based on the guidelines in the Handbook on Property and Supply Management. (Inventory conducted August 1, 2011)

5. Proposed Asphalting of the DepEd Ecotech Center Circumferential Road Meeting with the Engineers and Ecotech Staff was done August 1, 2011 with the following concerned surfaced: -There is a need to undertake first the Rehabilitation of the existing Drainage System of the Center which is substandard. Rehab is On-going. -The group will still have to prepare the Technical Specifications of the project taking into consideration whether to use Cold Mix or Hot Mix, asphalting. -The group scheduled to visit technical experts from the DPWH.

6. San Pascual NAHS High-LIFE Training and Research Center Site visit and appraisal together with the DepEd Engineers was done last August 5, 2011 at San Pascual, Ubay, Bohol The observations are as follows: -There is a need to level-off the topmost portion of the hill where the proposed Training Center is to be constructed. This includes the opening of an access road going to the proposed project. -The school principal agreed to the proposal that he will prepare communication and make representations to the LGU concerned on the solution of the prevailing concerns.

7. -The group agreed to go on with the preparation of Plans and Specifications on the proposed structures to be build at the proposed training center. -There is an initial appropriation of P5.7M for the structures,
