Gift Aid – Scholarships and Grants do not have to be accepted Loans – Must be accepted. Processing fee will be taken from the amount of loan you accept.

8 Scholarships Where do I get scholarships?
Southeastern offers Priority/Honor Scholarships as well as other Department Scholarships. Contact Scholarship Office (985) Private companies found at and Are all my scholarships posted? TOPS? 3rd Party? LOSFA (800) or at

9 Scholarships You worked hard to get scholarships, so how to keep them?
Most all scholarships require you to be enrolled through the census date(14th class day) to retain them TOPS requires 24 credit hrs each academic year with a 2.3 cumulative GPA 1st year and 2.5 thereafter, Honors and Performance 3.0 Priority & Honor Scholarships require 30 credit hrs for each academic year. (Fall, Spring, Summer) with a 3.0 cumulative GPA and semester GPA

10 What do I owe? Log into LeoNet > Self Service > Campus Finances > Account Inquiry So I owe $1,000?? Not quite – Select “Account Inquiry”

11 What do I owe? By selecting “Account Inquiry” you see any pending aid. You only need to pay the “Total Due” for the semester in question. You only need to pay $400. Just click “Make a Payment”

Satisfactory Academic Progress G.P.A. Must maintain at least a 1.75 cumulative G.P.A. (freshmen) or at least a 2.0 cumulative G.P.A. (sophomore, junior, senior) Percentage of Completion Must complete at least 67% of courses enrolled Maximum Time Frame Must not exceed 180 credit hours for first undergraduate degree
