Some students have settings on their preventing them from viewing the correct ‘set password’ link when creating their account. It will instead take them to the ‘Reset Password’ page.
The easiest solution is to have the student with their name and we will resend a different link that will allow the student to set their password.

If a stu is not a permanent resident, they do not enter a date. The red X is there because red X’s are next to all date fields.

If no, the CELT Comprehensive English Language Test (CELT) (cois mandatory for the non-native English speaking students in order to determine the English language proficiency. Information on this is located in the catalog, pg 12 &13.

18. Common Errors
SSN in the incorrect format- must use the format described in the question (XXX-XX-XXXX).
Phone Number in the wrong format- must be in the format described in the question (XXX-XXX-XXXX). Be sure to check the phone number in emergency contact area as well.
Student thinks the red X next to DOB is an error when it is not.

Student missed a question within the application. If they check along the left side and see a yellow bubble- that section is not complete.
Student forgot to hit submit, acknowledge the verification statement and electronically sign the application. It has not been submitted.
