1. Purpose Quick Hands LONG POSITIONAL KICKS
Players in the goal squares work in pairs. One handballs to the other and then kick long into the box Player A positions himself to take the mark, player B works to the front and player C covers the back. The 3 players work the ball between them, and then kick long to the leading full forward out of the goal square at the other end where the drill is repeated.
