1. Applying for Housing
At Kilgore College

2. Find the MyKC login page:
Go to mykc.Kilgore.edu on your browser

3. Locate the login bar at the top of the page

4. Your log in will be: For the username: For the password:
The first four letters of your LAST name
The first four letters of your FIRST name
The last four digits of your Student ID number
For the password:
“Student” make sure the S is capitalized
The 2 digit day and 2 digit month of your birthday

5. Example: Student0115 Smitjohn1234 John Smith ID: 10001234
Birthday: 01/15/1999
Username:
Smitjohn1234
Password:
Student0115

6. Click on the “Academics” Tab
On the left side of the page, click the “Housing” button

7. Scroll down and click on “KC Housing App”

8. Fill out application with your information and preferences

9. When you have input all of your info and preferences,
click on the
Housing Contract tab

10. Read contract
and sign by typing name
at the bottom
Then submit!

11. How to check your room assignment:
After you apply and are accepted, you will be able to view your assignment on your MyKC account.
Click on the Academics tab
Click “Student Information” on the left side of the page
Click “View Residence Information”
