2 Description A 950sf 1 bed/1 bath 1918 Colonial Revival bungalow with a 1933 1 bed/1 bath addition on the front. 1960s era kitchen and baths. Stripped of all original mouldings and fixtures, clad in vinyl siding with aluminum windows. 400sf detached garage with sliding barn door. Located in the historic Highland Park neighborhood of northeast Los Angeles. Acquired by ArtCraft Homes in March 2011, Restoration completed June 2011.
