NAFTA Brazil Europe ACIS Mining Steel businesses have been grouped by region with ONE single point of responsibility: Reduced organizational complexity Regional autonomy with devolved authority Simplification of internal processes Principal expectations: A lean, action-orientated organization Improved accountability and empowerment Quicker decision making Flat, long and distribution solutions working together to improve results within the regions This is how our financial results are reported out. The structure changed at the end of Q The NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) segment includes the Flat, Long and Tubular operations of USA, Canada and Mexico. The Brazil segment includes the Flat operations of Brazil, and the Long and Tubular operations of Brazil and its neighboring countries including Argentina, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. The Europe segment comprises the Flat, Long and Tubular operations of the European business, as well as Distribution Solution (AMDS). The ACIS division is largely unchanged with the addition of some Tubular operations. Includes Africa, Asia, and Commonwealth of Independent States. The Mining segment remains unchanged. Mining is actually one of the pillars of our growth strategy. Low cost raw materials give us security of supply and protect us from market price fluctuations. We have operations in 10 countries with developing operations in 3. 10: Algeria, Bosnia, Brazil, Canada, Kazakhstan, Liberia, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, US 3: Mauritania, Senegal, South Africa Simplification of the senior organization to facilitate decision making

Supply Chain/Planning at ArcelorMittal
We serve as a medium between the Operators in the mill and the sales staff in Product Control. Sales will set billing volumes that the planning team tries to match while maximizing capacity at our units and keeping inventory targets in a specific range. Responsible for working around production problems, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Each plant has different production capabilities and product mixes that are used to satisfy customers of ArcelorMittal. Creates many intercompany movements 11/6/2018 Author
