9. Steps involved in the Work Order System. A User creates a Work Order (Opens a WO ticket). WO follows a Route. The WO actually moves between different levels that define the Route. This is done through email notifications and user interaction. Finally the WO is completed and the Generator/user who created the WO is notified.
