Instructing in a CIMIC course is a challenging task. Syndicate Coaches must have instructor skills and CIMIC knowledge, in specifically:
Communication skills
Didactic skill/ teacher skills
English language proficiency level (NATO STANAG 3332)
Knowledge about NATO CIMIC
CIMIC mission experience
Power Point skills
Instructors/Syndicate Coaches should have visited the course as a student before they teach.
