2. Click the sign in button at the top right hand side of the Office2016 product you are using..

3. Sign in to Office2016 program using you FULL GLOW address (with bit at the end)

4. If you have done this correctly, you will see the familiar GLOW login page where you will enter your normal username and password..

5. Sign in…

6. When signed in – you are now signed in for ALL Office2016 products on that device and you should not have to go through this process again…

7. If you “Save As” you will see the option to save this document directly to ONEDRIVE. Now it will be available wherever you sign in to GLOW. (including shared folders etc…)

8. You will notice that the path is saving directly to your ONEDRIVE
At the bottom of your tray you can also access all of your GLOW files on your personal GLOW drive once you have signed in on your staff LAN computer

9. Finally, you can access all of your files like you do with all of your “networked” files.

10. Storage Benefits
S1-4 pupils currently have 100mb (now 10’000 times more with 1TB)
S5-6 pupils currently have 200mb (now 5’000 times more with 1TB)
Staff will have access to files away from the network/school
Staff and pupils can collaborate online with shared folders…

12. Students/staff can download the full Office2016 suite at home for free (5 machines including Ipads, Tablets, Macs, PCs etc
You/students will all have access to the full suite of Office2016 programs

13. Using their GLOW login – students can get access to 100’s of major stores with significant discounts e.g.
Apple Music 50%, Spotify 50%, etc
