2. About Me
This is my 17th year of teaching Science at Murchison (and yes I still love what I do!!)
Graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Education.
I love all the support and generosity from parents---and students at MMS! This is why I keep coming back!!

4. Course Syllabus
Syllabus/Yearly overview (sent home on 8/29 & 8/30, please ask your 7th grader to see it) No TEAMS this year. This is a change from years past.
If you contact me about your student, I will first ask you if you have seen your student’s Agenda and their Binder. Thanks for checking on those two items prior to contacting me. ☺

5. Grading Policy Classwork 80%(assignments,labs,tests,projects)
Homework 20% (Cornell Notes, lesson reviews, unfinished class )
Late Work Polilcy- 1 day late=15 points
2 Days=30 points, 3 Days=45
Make up Work? See website for assignments
Tutorials are during advisory

6. Supply list for Science
Murchison Agenda (also serves as hall pass)
Notebook 3 ring binder ( with 2 dividers)
Pencil Pouch with the following (daily supplies) pens- blue or black ink, glue stick, scissors, colored map pencils, red pen , pencil sharpener, highlighters.

7. Wish List Tissues/Hand Sanitizer Colored Copy Paper
Clorox Wipes or alcohol wipes to clean safety goggles.
Or a $5.00 donation (please send with your student is a sealed envelope, I have to write a receipt for each donation- school policy!!)
