6 College Liaison Committee
The DTABC and our College are working in partnership with the Denturists and the Dental Hygienists to submit a joint proposal to government for an expanded Scope of Practice for all three professions. The proposal will be complete by mid- June and will be subject to stakeholder consultations during the summer. It will be presented collectively to government in late summer to take advantage of a window of opportunity in the fall. The expanded Scope of Practice for Dental Technicians will be voluntary, subject to appropriate training.
