Step 1:
Select Employee Information & Training from the left hand menu on the home page
Step 2:
Select Client Quick Check

3. Contractor Quick Check
Step 3:
Select Hiring Client
Select applicable sites
Select applicable TQ project
Search for employees
Move applicable employees to “Selected Employees” box
Check the box to pull employees who are assigned to projects
Click “Run Report

4. Contractor Quick Check
Step 4:
a. View overall compliance per employee indicated by the color under the ‘Status’ column
Green – Employee has met all Hiring Client requirements
Red – Employee is missing one or more Hiring Client requirements
b. Click ‘Details’ to see the specifics for each requirement

5. Contractor Quick Check
Step 5:
a. View overall compliance indicated by color of the large circle near the top of the page
b. View compliance per requirement indicated by the color under the status column
