RUIAN content RUIAN is an integral part of this holistic concept and its interconnected and legally under-pinned processes. Since the 1st July 2012 it has been providing up-to-date core location data: the entire interconnected hierarchy of administrative units systematically based on cadastral parcels as its fundamental elements and considering all their changes immediately; buildings; addresses incl. postal codes; streets and public spaces; related geographic names and their grammar; election districts (since 2014). 06/11/2018
