Time management = focus, ways to focus and free stuff that is designed to help you focus.
Does anyone speak Italian?
Pomodoro technique was developed in the 1980’s. The idea is that frequent breaks can improve mental agility.
So you Decide on the task to be done, set a timer for 25 minutes (or your chosen time) – you can use your phone for this
Work on that task until the timer rings, if a distraction pops into your head, note it down but immediately get back to the task
After the timer rings, put a check mark on a piece of paper
If you have less then 4 checks on your paper, take a short 3-5 minute break, if you have 4, take a longer minute break.
