EXOS - Meet your health and wellness goals with the next generation of EXOS Group Training powered by EXOS, formerly Core Performance. Our programs are designed to progressively enhance your current fitness level – no matter your starting point – through a variety of engaging and fun classes. Because success requires rest, between each new session we will focus on recovery, and regeneration, in addition to fun challenging activities including friendly competitions and events. Dance Fitness -An aerobic fitness program involving simple dance elements and choreography to today’s greatest hits, mash-ups, and popular dance music. Students will experience a total workout, combining cardio moves and burn tons of calories without even realizing it – it’s the most fun work-out, and easy to follow - combining high-energy music, with unique combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor! PowerFlex - Fusion of exciting choreography blending barbell, body weight and bands for a total body challenge. Using light weights and high repetitions you will burn calories, build strength throughout your entire body, and improve your overall health and fitness! EXOS Total Body Strength - Get strong and feel powerful with this full-body class. You’ll focus on developing stability, strength, and power. The result will be a stronger and leaner body. Cycling - Participants are guided through workout phases, including warm up, up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool downs. Participants control resistance on the bike to make it as easy or difficult as you choose. Bring a towel and a water bottle. EXOS Metabolic Challenge - EXOS Metabolic Challenge - Feel stronger and leaner with this fast-paced class. You’ll pick up the pace during these calorie-burning circuit workouts made up of strength, agility, and equipment-based movements. EXOS SGT- These free sessions are for all skills levels and require advanced registration via your Journey member platform at Small Group Training is for anyone who may enjoy the benefits of personal attention, support, and accountability in an enjoyable group atmosphere.
