Poster Boards Final poster (file) MUST be delivered to Sarah by Tues, Apr 24, 4PM If you want MAPS.com to print your poster for you MAPS.com logo must be included on one of the corners Logo can be found in the Google box Size: 36” x 48” or smaller, landscape or portrait Embed all fonts and graphics into your mock-up (min. 300 dpi res) Convert to high resolution pdf format for submission Recommend white background with min 1/2 inch border Posters will delivered to TMP by Tuesday 3/1 for inspection Can pick up, or have TMP bring to Fair

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 in Corwin Pavilion 5:30PM start time Set-up will begin at 3:30PM Get there early, set-up, have some food… Tradeshow format See Sarah if you have a special requirement for your exhibit Judged by the public Will end at approximately 7:30 or 8:00PM

Rules and Disclosure Form
All team members must sign disclosure form for official acceptance into the NV Fair Student standing, prior funding, faculty approval, IP release, etc… Community will judge the Fair to help determine NVC finalists NFC Finals Prizes Estimate $30,000 to $40,000 total cash prizes Categories to be determined Usually a $$ cap any one team can win 5 to 6 finalists advance

Criterion for Judging / Advancing to Finals
Quality of the product / service Clear value proposition, product differentiation, market disruption Strength & clarity of the business model Clarity around customer segments, distribution channels Revenue stream / cost structure attractive and easy to understand Market opportunity / scalability Market defined and quantified, attractive, competition identified Ability for the business to grow / expand Quality of the team Qualifications, domain knowledge, experience Overall attractiveness of the venture and submission materials
