2 Paca House Redevelopment Overview:
Currently 106 Units of Low Income Housing for the formerly chronically homeless. 76 Single Occupancy Units and 30 Efficiencies. Will transition to permanent supportive housing for homeless Veterans and housing for the chronically homeless. This would be a veteran preferred property. Will convert 76 SRO units to efficiencies and one bedroom units, more suitable for permanent supportive housing On-site resident services to include case management, counseling and referral to community based services Construction scheduled from 5/18 – 8/19
