5 VISIon, mission & quality objectives
To become a world class resource and referral centre on Technical and Vocational Education Training through research, continuous development as well as technological based teaching and learning processes, in line with the Philosophy of the National Education system to realize  the Vision 2020. MISSION To educate and train world class, competitive professional human capital in the various discipline, within the technical and vocational education, to explore, expand and apply knowledge and modern technologies, based on the concept of Tauhid. QUALITY OBJECTIVES To conduct academic programmes that 100% fulfil the Malaysian Teachers Standards in every academic session. To produce at least 15% of the graduates with first class honours achievement per year. To achieve 75% of academic staff with a doctoral qualification in the current year. To achieve 100% of academic staffs involvement in research in the current year. To produce at least 2 publication per staff in the form of conference article/journal article/module/book/others per year To ensure that all staff accumulated at least 7 days of professional training in a year.
