I think Charles Dikend is one of the most important writers of history and for that reason even today he is regarded as a great novelist. The book that I like most is "A Christmas Carol" because Charles tells the story of a man very stingy and selfish. But the three ghosts of Christmas  make him a visit and change his way of being. 
Finally the old stingy man becomes a very generous and kind person.
