A proper waiting room with real coffee!
A private client meeting room to view X rays and discuss your horse.
Improved parking facilities for even the largest horse box
A 58 seat client seminar room for meetings and educational events.

Proper office space for telephone answering and administration.
A staff kitchen and rest area.
A health and fitness room.
Onsite accommodation for three students.
A resident’s flat.

7. Preparatory work started in August to provide temporary staff parking, a new hard lunge ring and level tarmac trot up.

8. Site clearance started in the first week of Sept.
Over 1000 metric tonnes of stone brought in to establish a level base and dry working area.

10. First Week in Oct saw the portal frame taking shape.

11. 2nd week of Oct – Portal frame completed

12. 3rd week in October – roof fitted.
