3 Real Food Challenge: Detailed Description
WHO WE ARE? The Real Food Challenge serves as both a campaign and a network. The campaign is to increase the procurement of real food on college and university campuses. The network offers a chance for students and their allies to make connections, learn from one another, and grow the movement.

4 Real Food Challenge: Detailed Description Cont’d
WHAT WE CAN DO: Colleges and universities spend over $4 billion each year on food. Join the growing grassroots movement of college students working to address food issues on campus nationwide. By acting together we can amplify our voice and our power to bring real change: local, and sustainable food into college and universities! “There are at least 300 institutions already have college farms, fair trade initiatives, or farm-to-cafeteria programs, and the number is growing every day.”

5 Slow Food on Campus Detailed Description
What is Slow Food? “Slow Food is an idea, a way of living and a way of eating. It is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members around the world that links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.” What is Slow Food on Campus?
