The Estonian Classification of Products and Services (TTK 2008) corresponds with CPA 2008.
CPA 2008 descriptions on 5 and 6 level are exhaustive and very helpful for better understanding the activity.

7. Market condition (3)
There are 3 large service providers in the mobile services market. There is one major service provider in the telephone services market. These major providers cover around 90% of wired and wireless telecommunications services turnover.

8. Market condition (4)
The amendment of the Electronic Communications Act that entered into force on with the European Parliament and Council Directives 2009/140/EC and 2009/136/EC, which were intended to support innovation, technology and service neutrality which were adopted in the Estonian judicial area
The state supervision over the electronic communications area is done by the Competition Authority

9. Index compilation The SPPI is available since 15 May 2014.
The telephone and mobile telephone services are measured.
List prices are used for B2B clients.
Once a year more detailed data about turnover share for weights are asked with questionnaire. Also estimation of B2B part and most used service packages are asked.
The weights are planned to update annually to year t-2.
For B2All index calculation is planned to use CPI data.
