General guidelines These guidelines are for training purposes. In order to access the Legacy Reports, you should use Internet Explorer. (other browsers may affect the look and feel of the reports) Use the same AD credentials (user/password) that you use to access your computer in the MDC domain. If you try to execute a report without entering any parameter and this requires a parameter, an alert will appear asking you to enter the required parameter. Some reports may take more time than others to get all the results, this is related to the amount of data that it is being requested. Some reports may have a column for “Details”, by clicking in this column you will get more information on that specific record. You may export the report data to Excel using the “format type” combo box. You may export to other formats, but the best result is obtained from Excel. During the navigation appear a series of buttons/Links that are not relevant for execute the reports, these are the following: My Subscriptions, Properties, History, Subscriptions and New Subscription. In order to maintain the Header at the top of the report while you scroll, please add “mdc.edu” to the “compatibility view settings” in Internet Explorer.
