Preview notes on Essential Nutrients. Using copy paper, create a chart of the 6 essential nutrient categories. Locate 6 food/drinks per category that contain the essential nutrient. Include 1 picture per category. Include color. Tape in notebook when completed. ***Use Red Guide to Good Food textbook Chapter 2 as a resource if needed.***

Body weight /2= amount of ounces per day 150/2= 75 ounces ~ 5 bottles of water a day 16 oz.=1 bottle water
