On a daily basis, initiatives in this sector are undertaken and implemented on the Group's 750 sites and affiliates.
The Group now wants to generalize the systematic and regular application of safety actions while upholding the key role of local management.
Recognition systems already exist on the Group sites and in the affiliates to recognize employee commitment.
Recognition encourages people to implement significant actions for safety and supports everyone’s commitment to contribute to operational performance.

RECOGNITION OF SIGNIFICANT safety ACTIONS
Safety+ is an easy-access digital platform available for sites and affiliates to:
Support or engage a local recognition program;
Every six months, submit a significant action for the safety of the entity to be promoted at branch or Group level.
Objectives of Safety+, available to all the Group’s entities:
Generalize the systematic and regular use of the recognition
program at all levels of the Group.
Give visibility to significant safety actions taken in your entity.
Give easy access to a shared platform.
Valorize and share these actions in our 750 sites and affiliates.
Target population:
An employee or group of employees from Total or from Contractor Companies (CC only on sites/affiliates).
