How do we define ourselves as teachers?
Facilitator Presenter - Showman Life-long learner Prompter Organizer Provider Supporter Tutor

21st century roles Challenger (taking Ss from comfort zone to challenge zone) Balancer (zone of proximal development) Facilitator (fostering student centered learning) Innovative (implementing tech into the class and making that a part of learning in and outside the class. TPACK) Life-long learner (we have to seek for new approaches & train ourselves according to learner needs) Goal setter (self-reflection should be encouraged. Mastery goal turns into performance goal) Self-awareness (creating learner autonomy starts with the teacher.) Raise awareness for diversity among people and create learner-friendly environment Make learning more alive with extra curricular activities

What is missing self awareness (goal-setting)
hands on experience (designing tasks to foster this) project/ task based materials and applications

How can we collaborate? Such organizations could be encouraged and increased Reflections should be of great importance and feedbacks should be to the point Including Ss in every step Socialization can be encourage with teachers’ guidance Extra-curricular activities could be designed together Creating learning atmosphere together (with their materials)
