Innovative (implementing tech into the class and making that a part of learning in and outside the class. TPACK)
Life-long learner (we have to seek for new approaches & train ourselves according to learner needs)
Goal setter (self-reflection should be encouraged. Mastery goal turns into performance goal)
Self-awareness (creating learner autonomy starts with the teacher.)
Raise awareness for diversity among people and create learner-friendly environment
Make learning more alive with extra curricular activities
