Salary: 3.75% increase Family Insurance: maintain current rates Work day and school year: maintain current Learning Environments: Increase Special Ed teachers and paraprofessionals Salary: hard freeze Family Insurance: $311 per family eligibility only if spousal insurance not provided, thus leaving spouses employers to shoulder the costs. Work day and school year: increased Learning Environments: No improvements

Salary: 2.0 % increase Family Insurance: 13% of Cobra rate with various cap values Work day and school year: maintain current (approved by BOE) Learning Environments: Increase Special Ed teachers and paraprofessionals (still negotiating) Salary: Eliminate current salary schedule 1.5% increase years 1 & 3 soft freeze in year 2 Family Insurance: 12, 14, 16 % of Cobra rate and spouses with insurance removed from family plan. Work day and school year: maintain current (approved by BOE) Learning Environments: No improvements proposed

Working Hard for our STUDENTS Boards proposal will cost $158,000 per year DEA proposal will cost $342,000 per year In year 1, four retiring teachers ($316,892) In year 2 & 3, three more retiring teachers In year 4, nine more retiring teachers. District will save money by replacing all retired teachers at starting salaries. Monies from interest on accounts will pay for DEA proposals
