17 Working Hard for our STUDENTS Boards proposal will cost $158,000 per year DEA proposal will cost $342,000 per year In year 1, four retiring teachers ($316,892) In year 2 & 3, three more retiring teachers In year 4, nine more retiring teachers. District will save money by replacing all retired teachers at starting salaries. Monies from interest on accounts will pay for DEA proposals
