9 Daily Absence List The Daily Absence List report displays all attendance statistics for a selected date range from the Daily Absence List screen as well as the year-to-date (YTD) unexcused, excused, and total absence hours for all students. *The daily absence will report LIVE on the report, the YTD total will not be accurate until the nightly calculation

10 Daily Absence Summary The Daily Absence Summary report lists each absence during the school year for all students. This report does not do any highlighting of thresholds Currently the report does the entire district, there is no filter by building. Reason for no filter by building on some reports is the students that move between buildings, attendance needs to be totaled. They are working on how to accommodate that.

11 Thresholds & Highlighting
Highlights yellow when 50% of threshold is met Highlights in red when 100% (or more) of threshold is met

12 Absence Threshold Summary
Currently no filter by building, so entire district appearing report lists the type of threshold each student has exceeded and the trigger date(s). Trigger date is the last absence that caused the threshold to be met If the trigger date occurred within the last 7 days, it is highlighted in blue

13 Monthly Absence Summary
displays all student absences by month and identifies if they are approaching or have exceeded the threshold for each month. A school month is any calendar month that students are required to attend school Because there two thresholds that look at monthly absences, the highlighting does not indicate which threshold is met. Use other reports to find the threshold Currently no building filter, shows entire district

14 Consecutive Absence Summary
identifies whether any students have consecutive unexcused absences and habitual truancy and whether they are approaching or have exceeded the threshold. Students only display on this report if they have met or exceeded at least 15 hours of consecutive unexcused absences (50% of threshold). If there are no consecutive absences for a student, you receive the message, “No Data Qualified for this Report.” Currently no building filter, runs for entire district
