That’s why it’s important to know what you’re getting into when getting into a tight space. Always test the atmosphere before and while working in a confined space. Use direct-reading instruments that detect contaminants and their levels, as well as oxygen and other flammable gases. At Halliburton, Priority No. 1 is safety.
