You earn a direct referral bonus of N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira) per referral (40%). It continues to infinity as you continue in referring people, you earn N10, 000 per referral.
Each direct referral earns you 1 point.
You circle out of Preschool with 12 points
Your total earnings on circling out is N120,000(One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira )
N50, 000(Fifty Thousand Naira) is deducted from your earnings for your registration in the graduate school plan.
There shall be no deduction for those who are already registered in the graduate school plan.
Circling out of preschool will not stop your earnings in preschool plan as a long as you refer.

You Pay a one time registration fee of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira)

You earn N 50, 000(Fifty Thousand Naira) on every company sponsored trip attended on invite.
Total circle out point of 200points.
Your earn a circle out bonus of N 4,000,000(Four Million Naira).

16. STAGE RANK : LECTURER
You earn N100, 000 allowance on every trip you embarked on behalf of the company across Africa
Total circle out point is 600 points.

You are paid N150 , 000 allowance when sent by the company to any country in the world.
