Acceptable CGL Risks: Single Family Residential, Custom & Tract Home Builders Fee-Simple Multi-Family Condominium: Typically written on Non-Admitted WRAP policies Mixed Use: Commercial on 1st floor and Residential above Apartments: Larger Apt. projects written on Project or Wrap policies Commercial: Larger accounts written on Non-Admitted Clear Blue paper Limited Remodel / Renovation Exposure Acceptable AmTrust & Lloyd’s – Up to $20M of construction costs per structure & 5 stories or less (above parking) Clear Blue Specialty – Up to $75M of construction costs per structure & 15 stories or less

AmTrust’s Wesco Insurance Company paper Policy Form: ISO & Company Specific Policy Limits: Up to $5M Occurrence / $5M General Aggregate Defense Treatment: In Addition to the Limit of Liability Deductible: $5,000 - $100,000 (BI/PD, per occurrence) Targeted Minimum Premium: $5,000 Subsidence Coverage for homes built during policy period No tract home exclusion No Faulty Work Exclusion or CG 2294 Admitted States: AL, AZ, FL, GA, KS, MO, NM, OR, UT, WA

Non-Admitted GL Project & Wrap Policies
AmTrust International Underwriters Limited or Clear Blue Indemnity Company Policy Limits: Up to $5M Occurrence / $5M General Aggregate Defense Treatment: Within the Limit of Liability Policy Term: Up to 4-year policy terms Provide Extended Products-Completed Operations for applicable Statute of Limitations Soft Minimum Premiums: Project $20,000 & Wrap $30,000 Retention: $10,000 - $1M SIR, Per Occurrence Pay-As-You-Sell Reporting Options One policy can cover multiple scheduled projects

Written on Non-Admitted Clear Blue Indemnity Company Paper Limits up to $5M xs $5M - $10M Total Program Limits Will sit excess of $5M Primary GL written on AmTrust or Clear Blue paper, including admitted Wesco Will sit excess of Practice, Project or Wrap policies $20,000 MP for $1M xs $5M $40,000 MP for $5M xs $5M

Risk Management Update
Subcontractor agreements and sales/purchase agreements reviewed for all accounts Sample agreement & contract wording can be provided by ISG Approved New Home Warranty required on all fee-simple or condominium units Approved Warranties can include: 2-10 HBW Insurance-Backed or Builder-Backed Warranties Bonded Builders Warranty Insurance-Backed or Builder-Backed Warranties Approved In-House Warranty created & administered by the Builder Insurance-backed warranties may be required on structures with sales values of $1M+ Retention increased to $50,000 for homes sold without an approved warranty versus coverage being excluded. Warranties are not required but are available for remodel, commercial or apartment work Peer Review requirements may be added for select accounts or construction types

Written Warranty Benefits
Written warranty contract (3rd party or builder-backed) between builder and buyer that defines the builder’s obligations & legal liability between the two parties Where allowed by law, buyer accepts the written warranty in lieu of implied warranty laws Warranty maintains insured's construction defect liabilities in contract law vs. tort law (litigation) Warranty allows the builder & owner, when appropriate, to resolve disputes in conciliation/arbitration during statute of limitations Coordinated claims adjustment efforts that utilize the builder’s sub agreement, sales agreement & warranty agreement to resolve claims in an effective and efficient manner Summary: Allows ISG claims adjusters to manage defense costs!

$10M Per Structure on Admitted AXIS Paper ($1.5M Per Structure in FL) Up to 5-stories Residential & Commercial Ground-Up Construction Frame, Joisted Masonry & Masonry Noncombustible Construction Florida Coastal Wind Available Policy Types: Single-Shot with policy term up to 24-months - Can cover multiple structure within one project New Starts Reporting with monthly reporting of starts Standard Blanket for small or higher-risk accounts (Not Offered in FL) Modified Blanket for production builders (Not Offered in FL) Pro-Rating of Annual Rate for each structure based on the number of months that it is covered by the policy Blanket Coverage for all New Starts Can cover Existing Inventory Can be written mono-line Deductibles from $2,500 to $25,000 Online Rate/Quote/Bind Portal being developed
