Tulsa Community College College grew by about 10% a year throughout the 80s NE Campus, 1978 SE Campus, 1984 West Campus, 1995 Conference Center, 1982, shared facility with Tulsa Technology Center

Tulsa Community College Multi-faceted, comprehensive institution serving over 37,000 individuals annually in credit and non-credit programs AA, AS and AAS Degrees 11,000 enrolled in online courses TCC is the principle provider for the first two years of higher education in Tulsa

Graduation Blitz Teams formed across campus lines in Spring 2003 Teams included Registration, Financial Aid, and Academic Advisors Initial goal was to contact students regarding graduation checks

Graduation Blitz Students identified through a query of the SIS Query criteria: within 9 hours of graduation, in good academic standing, and currently enrolled Over 400 students called 4 teams

Graduation Blitz TCC Foundation provided gift certificates to winning team Replicated processes for the 2004 academic year Teams wanted to incorporate process into standard procedures

TCC ranked nationally per number of graduates: –2001-02, 35 th in the nation 1571 Graduates –2002-03, 30 th in the nation 1812 Graduates –2003-04, 18 th in the nation 2021 Graduates –2004-05, data not released 2284 Graduates

Graduation Blitz The Third Year –Began new process of data mining Use of comparative data with ONCOURSE –Compares degree audit function with criteria set by enrollment managers –Produced specific majors to focus graduation efforts
