You have cold-like symptoms but don’t have the time to sit in an urgent care waiting room. Instead, call AllyHealth: Step 1: Medical History You are required to complete your medical history online, by phone, or by fax prior to requesting a consultation Step 2: Request a Consult You can simply log on to your account, or speak with one of our care coordinators, who are available 24/7/365, to request either a telephone or video consultation. Step 3: Speak with the Doctor A board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews your medical history and provides a consultation over the phone or through video chat, just like an in-person visit. Step 4: Resolve the Issue The physician recommends the right treatment for your medical issue. If a prescription is necessary, it is electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice. Step 5: Continuity of Care The physician documents the results of the consultation in your medical history. Consultation information can be sent to your primary care physician. Step 6: Follow Up We send you a follow up to ensure that you got the care you needed and to see if you have any feedback on your experience.
