Program Lead AFSVA/SVX GES Contact Name: Rose Gomez, GES Promotion Contact: Annette Strapple, Issued: 15 Jan 2015: Key Facts: GES (Golf Enterprise Solution) is a state-of-the-art Point-of-Sale system: Streamlines golf scheduling system for staff and customer Provides enhanced communication for customers via Simplifies the reservation process (tee times) through online reservations for golf staff members and customers Enhanced capabilities to manage tournament and event T-sheets for Golf Managers Key Messages: Customers may now reserve tee times through desktop or mobile devices Future ability to schedule reservations at any Air Force golf course participating in the GES system Tracks customer purchases and preferences allowing Golf Managers the ability to customize offers Potential for increased profits with better inventory controls and reporting for Golf Managers Implementation/Action: AFSVA team works with golf course staff members to install the system and provide training AFSVA Marketing provides marketing materials to advertise new resource to customers Installation Marketing: Raise awareness about through briefings and advertising materials Resources/Links:/Link For Customers and Golf staff: For Marketing: Customizable materials available for download at FSS Marketing Department- Please use the attached slides to present current single Airman programs, events and services offered at your installation. Per AFPC/DPS, FTAC has set aside a 30 minute slot for each Marketing department to educate Airmen on FSS opportunities. This is the perfect time to promote all your single Airmen happenings! The Communication Card is a quick synopsis of the Single Airman Programming Initiative (SAPI). Please work with your SAPI POC and Liaison to ensure current offerings are included in the slides attached. Develop/tweak the slides prior to each FTAC course to promote and enhance your installation programs.
