Ask the children if they can locate where on the United States map might important landforms and hydrospheric locations be located. For example, questions could be like “where are the mountains” or “where are the rivers”. See if they can identify landforms and hydrospheric areas on other maps as well to test proficiency and understanding of Earth’s land and water after the lecture.
