Abstracts "significant news, editorial matter and special features." Covers the weekday and weekend papers as well as the City, New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester, and Connecticut regional sections. Classed in one list by subject, geography, organization, or personal name. Arranged alphabetically and then chronologically under each heading. 4. The index is published semi-monthly, with quarterly cumulating and an annual cumulating. Hint! Articles pertaining to relations between two or more countries will always be "put under the name of the smaller country (or the one least often in the news)."
