ExponentHR Login Step 1 Use your User ID and Password to login to ExponentHR Click on Benefits and then Open Enrollment

Dependent Information
Step 2 Click on Dependent Information on the 3rd level navigation bar to enter or edit dependents

Step 3 New Plan Elections
Click on New Plan Elections on the 3rd level menu to begin making your benefit elections. Click the desired corresponding Change button next to the Benefit Type

Plan Enrollment Step 4 In the Select Name of Plan column of the Plan Enrollments page, select a radio button next to the desired plan name to select or waive coverage Click the check boxes for Covered Persons to be included in the medical plan Click the Save button to record your entries Repeat these steps for each plan you wish to enroll Note: This page refreshes and indicates your choice and associated costs as items are selected. The refresh takes about 3 seconds.

Enrolling in Life Insurance
Step 5 For life insurance plans, click Change next to the corresponding life plan. Click the Details button next to the employee or eligible dependent to be covered. For supplemental life, enter the desired amount of coverage in the Elected Annual Coverage box. Or, if your employer offers salary-based coverage, you can select a coverage level in the Elected Coverage Level drop-down list instead. Note: The amount of coverage must be more than the Min. limit, less than the Max limit, and in an increment shown in the table.

Electing Beneficiaries
Step 6 Note: You may be required to complete an Evidence of Insurability (EOI) form before you can elect coverage and add beneficiaries. Click the Add Primary Beneficiary button to add the person whom will receive the benefits of the Basic Life policy. You can choose a dependent that is already listed or enter new information. After the beneficiaries’ information has been added, click Add Beneficiaries to Plan. Click the Add Secondary Beneficiary button to add whom will receive the benefits of the Basic Life policy in the event that no primary beneficiaries are living at the time of disbursement. Click the Save Beneficiary % button to record your entries. Click the Return to Previous Screen button. In the % of Benefit column, enter the individual percentages for each beneficiary listed. Total percentages must add up to 100% Use the Remove button to remove Primary Beneficiaries from the list.

Step 7 Enrolling in HSA or FSA
Click Change next to the FSA or HSA plan. Note: You can use the worksheet to estimate medical costs for the upcoming plan year. Enter the total amount you wish to save into your FSA or HSA plan for the plan year in the Annual Contribution box. The system will automatically calculate the amount of your paycheck deduction based on the total number of paychecks scheduled for the remainder of the FSA/HSA plan year. When your selection is complete, click the Save button to exit.

Step 8 Submit Your Elections
After you have completed your desired elections, click the Submit Elections button. The Enrollment Diagnostics Report appears. The report will display critical and informational notes about your enrollment. Carefully review the report. Click the Cancel button to go back and make any needed corrections. If you are satisfied with these elections, select the Print button to obtain a printed copy of this report, then use the Approve button to complete the enrollment process.
