3. Current Pre-Award Process
cASM User’s Supervisor Completes Part II and digitally signs
Fill in Box 13 with:
DoDAAC
Unit
Unit ID Code
Branch of Service

4. cASM Modules and Roles
Block 27 defines users cASM’s rights, Supervisors will need to define users rights:
List one the users Role if assigned the Requirements Module
List Staffing Structures that users will be a part of
List any groups the user should be apart of
Check the Modules that user will need (Planning, Requirements and/or Reports)

5. Send to cASM Helpdesk
Send completed DD2875 to cASM support desk for processing
