1. All Campus Student Parking Permit
The All Campus Permit is the more traditional Baylor Student Parking Permit. It is the recommended permit for most students.
The permit provides the student great flexibility and allows for parking in any student parking. These areas can be seen in yellow on the map.
Permit Cost $350

2. 5th Street Garage Student Parking Permit
The 5th Street Garage is located immediately over the Baylor Bookstore and is a prime parking location on campus. Lot #21, circled in red on the map.
This permit was designed to ensure parking for students residing in Brooks, Brooks Flats, Kokernot and Martin Residence Halls.
This permit type ensures excellent access to this specific facility but does NOT provide the flexibility of parking in other student parking areas.
Permit Cost $400
Clearance Height 6’10”
Garage is reserved for 5th Street Garage permit holders only.
Permit holders may park in other parking areas outside of the garage after 5:00PM Monday-Friday and on weekends.

3. Moped Parking Permit Moped Parking Permits $125 D B C A
The Moped Permit is recommended for all individuals wanting to park a moped on campus during the school year.
The permit allows designated parking according to the permit: Permit A allows parking only in the A Lot. (235 Spaces)
Permit B allows parking only in the B Lot. (120 Spaces)
Permit C allows parking only in the C Lot. (23 spaces)
Permit D allows parking only in the D Lot. (35 Spaces) A
