You can offset a surface to a specified distance to create a new surface.
Instructions:
First, we have to click on surface command on the left toolbar and make a surface.
next, we have to select the curve.
we have to click the surface command
finally, write the specified distance on the command line and hit enter.

Creates a surface from two, three, or four selected curves.
Instructions:
First, we have to click on control point curve and make a curve.
next, we have to offset the curve a specified distance.
we have to make another two curves to make a full square.
next, we have to select the curves one after the other.
