5 CGTC Electronic Referral Form
Students are referred to internal and external resources to remove barrier and provide support. Link to Electronic WIOA Referral Form This is the in-house Career Navigator Form (click the link it will go directly to the form- you can show them a test) The form is then evaluated and forwarded or responded to on Friday of each week by the WIOA Support Coordinator-Lead Instructor.

Partnership Provides : Services to 10 counties (9 Adult Education) WorkSource: 2 inhouse staff located on CGTC campus CGTC: Digital Presence in One Stop Active participation on cross Advisory Boards CGTC Adult Education is active work participation site College and Career Transition Support for mutual clients

8 Successful Outcomes- Allyssa Journey
Entered Adult Education from a homeschool program Entered OSY program through WorkSource Worked at the Monroe Rec Department while taking GED classes to gain soft skills and work experience Completed GED and enrolled in CGTC degree program for Information Technology (HD Sector) Received stipends for transportation and computer programs/materials Began working in the Adult Education program as a work participant

R- Resource Cohort In a five week session students completed: Digital Job Readiness Portfolios GA BEST training Industry Credential Increased academic skills FACTS about the Pilot : Started with 11 students finished with 10 students Awarded 9 students with GA BEST Certificates 8 CPR/AED/First Aid Certificates 7 Forklift Operator Certificates Over 1,020 student hours Classes were Monday-Thursday 8-2* * Certificate/IET days were 8-5 Students from level ABE 3 (2) Low ABE 4 and ASE1/2 (1) 64 hours per student of GA BEST instruction

10 Job Readiness /GA BEST Students had guest speakers
Completed a community service project including: budget, proposal, and reflection Created digital portfolios including: Resume, Cover Letter, Follow-up Letter, Reference letter, Mission Statement and Goals Mock Interview

11 Industry Recognized Credentials
SOAR students completed : CPR (Infant and Adult) First Aid Forklift Operator Training
