7 What should you have ready in order to play sports (www.FAMILYID.com :
Create an account for yourself at Your current physical (summer time appointment covers you for the whole school year13 months),register for sports at Sign the Athletic Code-for you and your parents to know the rules is now on . Provide insurance information and current medical information on Stay eligible academically (pass 5 classes per semester) Be a citizen, student/athlete. What does it mean to be a citizen?

9 Other TIPS TO REMEMBER:
Stay involved in school activities and sports all 4 years 4 years goes by fast Great way to get to know people and make friends Learn how to manage and balance homework; time management Social media, be careful-colleges and potential employers/recruiters watch it Ask yourself Why do you play? Less than 1% of high school athletes get an athletic scholarship, much more likely to get scholarship for good grades in school than for sports Be well rounded try them all!
