Comes at end of evaluation cycle (1 or 3 years) Four point rating scale ranges from Exemplary to Unacceptable Teachers who are rated Exemplary on a specific standard would be those that serve as role models or experts in that area of teaching practice and/or serves as teacher leaders in a PLC.
