ACTIVITIES Centre for Professional Development of Educators
Preparation of competence standards for teachers and preschool teachers and their professional development as well as the preparation of competence standards for school principals Strengthening the system of in-service training and continuous professional development of educators in pre-school, primary and secondary education Preparation of programs for the induction of trainee teachers and licensure exam programs Approval of in-service training programs for teachers, pre-school teachers, psychologists/pedagogues and school principals Participation in the implementation of European and international professional development programs Preparation of additional educational materials and manuals supporting the attainment of education goals and achievement standards Entrusted jobs

In the course of the training, the trainers had a part related to the work with the platform One of the conditions for being a leader was the level of IT competence

At the beginning of the training, trainers collected s of participantes, to which the technical service sent access platform parameters. The technical support team also enrolled the attendees. At the end of the face to face part of the training, the trainers divded the participants into groups of 5 to 6 participants, who worked together on a homework assignment.

The homework - presentations for the development of a joint project task. The platform served to communicate and consult, as well as to hand over the homework. The trainers were moderators, and the technical support team solved the technical problem.

We still are processing evaluation questionnaires On the questionnaire sample of 8096, the average grade on a scale of 0 to 4 is 3.84

The training is very demanding and that's why the workshops are needed 2 days face to face, and the third day was online due to economic reasons and because of the development of the digital competencies of the participants. Relevant materials, forums, questionnaires, tests and tasks were placed on platforms.

The Minister approved the training and the participants get 24 points.
