RUSB is responsible for investigating all consumer rating and underwriting complaints Rating Complaints - Cost of Insurance Underwriting Complaints - Cancellation, non-renewal, acceptability Sales and Servicing Complaints - Billing problems, failing to process policyholder request for changes, sales practices.
