4 Program Overview Provide first year principals with the information and training necessary to be successful in their new schools

5 Goals for New Leaders Develop the principal position as a calling of service to the Catholic Church. Equip principals to be the driving forces around creating a culture for academic excellence in their schools. Prepare principals to address necessary tasks, analyze data, and manage conflict. All will be connected to principal standards that will be addressed in our September meeting.

6 Program Objectives Objective 1: Ensure Catholic Excellence: Articulate and model the Catholic faith on a daily basis. Objective 2: Ensure Organizational Excellence: Instill an organizational culture of shared Catholic values within the school community. Objective 3: Ensure Operational Excellence: Create a safe environment for all stakeholders that includes outstanding fiscal, operational, and human resource management. Objective 4: Ensure Educational Excellence: Develop rigorous academic priorities to create an environment of academic excellence.
