Outsourcing More people of working age available to work which leads to overseas outsourcing. Outsourcing is described as contracting a business out to an overseas company. America outsources a large amount of jobs to India such as: *telemarketing *I.T. (Information Technology)

Effects of Outsourcing
Positive benefits: * Countries such as the United States pay cheaper labor for Indian workers. * Growing Indian middle-class Negative benefits * People in the United States loose their jobs. * Indian urban areas are becoming even more congested and overpopulated.
