Defending DAL - Valley Team Champions Julia advanced to the NCS-MOC meet in the 400. Amy is ranked in the top 10 of NCS in hurdles and vault. Peter jumps at the state meet.

An accomplished marathoner herself, Ruth oversees the distance squad. Schedule Overview Schedule: Workouts - - Daily 3:30 – 5:00 pm Wednesdays 2:30 – 4:30 pm Saturdays (when no meet) 9:00 am DVAL Meets – away early release 1:30 home early release 2:10 3:30 – 6:30 ish - - depending on meet management efficiency Saturday Meets – 8:00 am until done – normally 5:00 pm or so Travel meets – to be announced

This year he is coaching the sprint and jumps events as well as covering the administrative duties.

VOLUNTEERING – the core of our team success VOLUNTEERS – Single events Home League Meets Away League Meets Invitationals Our Invitational League Championships - - all schools chip in Travel Meets - - Homegrown Boy: Coach Mike Cuglietta is on the 700 Club banner in the gym for earning seven varsity letters in two sports over his Northgate athletic career. He represented the Broncos at the state meet in 1993 in the 300 hurdles.

Photography Snack bar/snack table home meets And the rest of our coaching staff: Alan Michiels – Alan has volunteered the last three years and once again joins the staff with the jumps. John Chappell – John is a retired Fire Captain in Hayward and will be coaching the throws. Jacob Rounds – Jacob is our other part-time throws coach who we borrow from Berean Christian HS. Joe Griffiin - - Joe joins us as a hurdle coach and is a Bronco trackster from the ‘70’s. Michelle Sharpes - - Michelle joined us for cross country and will be helping with distance.
