11. Pre-Test
Required to capture pre-workshop knowledge levels in order to measure change in learning.
(Post-Test following workshop.)
Instructors to facilitate the pre-test as follows:
Instruct participants to open their handbooks to the pre-test page
Announce that 10 minutes are available to complete the test
Be present in the room during the test to address any questions that participants may have
Have a solution set to pre-test handy
Do NOT discuss solutions to the test questions with the entire group as the same test will be used for post-test
Participants may not use any materials for the pre-test. (The participants will be able to use class materials for the post-test.)
